Prelaunch privacy
Privacy for early app testing.
This limited notice covers the Colardi iPhone test build and its public support site. The public waitlist and feedback forms are not open.
Last updated 2 August 2026Who operates Colardi

Privacy questions or requests can be sent to info@colardi.com.
What the iPhone test build processes
Colardi does not send an instruction until you read the per-request notice and choose to continue. The instruction you type may include recipient details, context or a tone preference. It is sent through Colardi's server to OpenAI to create a draft and a short review note, then returned to the app for you to inspect and edit.
Colardi does not open another app, choose a recipient or press Send. If you choose Share, iOS opens its system share sheet and you decide the destination and whether anything is sent. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive material while testing.
Storage and service providers
The test build keeps its visible activity summary on your device for the current app session. Colardi is designed not to create an account-linked history of draft requests or intentionally place the instruction or returned draft in application logs.
Vercel hosts the Colardi server and may process ordinary network and security information such as an IP address, request time and request headers. OpenAI processes the instruction and generated result under its API data controls. OpenAI's standard API abuse-monitoring logs may retain inputs and outputs for up to 30 days. Vercel may retain limited service and security logs under the project's account and provider settings.
Microsoft 365 processes email you choose to send to info@colardi.com. Support messages remain in the business mailbox until they are handled or deleted under its mailbox and provider settings.
This support site
The prelaunch site does not accept waitlist or structured-feedback submissions, and product analytics are disabled. Hosting providers may still create ordinary security and request logs needed to deliver and protect the pages.
Your choices
You can stop before submitting an instruction, edit or discard a returned draft, decline to share it, or close the app. You can also remove the test build from your device.
To ask what information Colardi controls, request correction or deletion, or report a privacy concern, email info@colardi.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.
Changes
This notice will be replaced or updated as testing expands, public collection opens or Colardi's providers and features change. Check the revision date before each new testing phase.
