Colardi is operated by Sam William Leverenz, a sole trader (ABN 19 624 756 890) in South Australia, Australia. Privacy requests can be sent to info@colardi.com.
What the waitlist collects
We collect the email address you submit, the time and source of the request, the versions of the Website Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted, and whether the address completed email confirmation.
We also create a derived request identifier and temporarily use a one-way network-address hash to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. The network hash is not stored in your waitlist record.
Why we use it
We use a confirmed address only for the launch updates and closely related Colardi announcements you requested. Joining does not provide access or reveal confidential product information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Storage and providers
Vercel hosts the site and private waitlist storage. Resend delivers the single-use confirmation email and may process the address and message in the United States. Resend retains email data for 30 days on its standard service.
Waitlist records become deletion-eligible after no more than 365 days. Hosting and security providers may retain limited technical logs under their own security and legal obligations.
Your choices
Email info@colardi.com to ask for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal or to make a privacy complaint. We may need to verify control of the address before acting.
Changes
This notice will be updated before the public site collects any new category of information or opens product access.
