These terms cover the public Colardi launch page and waitlist. They do not provide access to the private product.

Colardi is operated by Sam William Leverenz, a sole trader (ABN 19 624 756 890). Questions can be sent to info@colardi.com.
The waitlist
The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must use an address you are authorised to submit and confirm control of that address through the single-use email link.
Joining is free. It does not provide product access, disclose confidential information, guarantee an invitation, promise a launch date or create a payment obligation. We may pause or close the list.
Launch emails
After confirmation, Colardi may send the launch updates and closely related announcements you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how the address is handled.
Confidential product
The public launch page intentionally does not describe the private product, demonstrations or technical implementation. Nothing on this page grants permission to access, copy, probe or bypass protected Colardi systems.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, automate abusive submissions, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls or attempt unauthorised access.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change before launch. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by South Australian law.
